P. A. 97-0605:  The Common Interest Community Association Act governing non-condo properties was amended (SB 1651) and signed into law on August 26, 2011 

 

P. A. 97-0310:  Amends the Elevator Safety & Regulation Act to state that certificates of operation that are located in not-for-profit buildings and limited to use for one floor below ground level and one floor above ground level and for which the organization has a maintenance contract with an elevator maintenance company, the renewal is five years instead of annually (SB 2037)
