ACTHA was saddened to hear that attorney Kathleen Penland of Penland and Hartwell passed away on Friday, February 12 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

 

Twelve attorneys from Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit have been identified as top Illinois attorneys in Illinois for 2010 by the magazine Super Lawyers.  Among those and who work with ACTHA are:  David Bendoff, John Bickley, Robert Nesbit, and Jordan Shifrin.  Ryan Shpritz was named to the Rising Stars list.
