Attorney Mark Rosenbaum, of the Chicago law firm Fischel I Kahn, will present suggestions on how to deal with other Board members, unit owners and gadflies, each of whom may prevent a Board from getting its work done (in a timely way).

About Mark R. Rosenbaum: 

Mark Rosenbaum is a principal at Fischel Kahn where he represents condominium and common interest community (townhome) associations. As an authority on condo law in Chicago, he advises associations on all legal issues relating to association living, from formation to day-to-day operational issues.  He has represented associations for more than 30 years. During his career, he has shaped multiple pieces of state legislation related to the Condominium Property Act and the Common Interest Community Association Act,and he is regularly quoted in the media on association issues.
